We have onboarded 144 customers from the UK, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.
We have raised €2.2m from Change Ventures, Superangel, and the Founders of Pipedrive, Interactio, Printify, Bolt, Veriff, Lokalise, and Deel among others, to support our fast growth.
We recently went through a complete rebrand from RecruitLab to Teamdash to prepare for our ambitious growth plan.

Your main goal is to solve recruiters' problems with the software. You will succeed if you're comfortable with rapid iteration and reconciling diverse user needs. You'll be able to take ownership of your work - building prototypes and nourishing them into widely adopted software.

This job is good for your career - as an early member of a growing team, you can either generalize or specialize, shape your role into data science, product management, technical leadership or devops.
Our tech stack is front-end heavy with Vue and Typescript. On the backend, there’s Laravel, PostgreSQL, and some python. If you already know Java or C#, you'll do great with Laravel.
We practice CI/CD, unit and integration testing.
A few projects that you can take ownership of: OpenAI embeddings-based candidate search and suggestions, diversity-enabling reporting, prediction engine to help recruiters fill positions more efficiently, and our no-code recruitment automation platform.

To succeed in this role, you need to be an experienced Full-Stack Engineer and fluent in English.
You'll need the ability to build, improve and maintain a software product.
You’ll do well if you’re a fast learner, patient communicator and product-minded.
It would be nice if you had previous experience with a modern front-end framework (React/Vue) and a back-end framework (Laravel/Django/rails/Phoenix/Spring boot)
Extra points for previous experience in a startup or SaaS company.
