You will be responsible for supporting our customers in achieving their diverse recruitment challenges.
You'll work closely with other Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a smooth user journey. Slack, Jira, Pipedrive, Notion, and of course Teamdash will be your everyday companions.
Your job involves:
daily communication with enterprise customers,
onboarding new customers and users,
delivering training and personalized support,
collecting customer feedback,
growing the value of your client relations through expansion sales and renewals,
occasional product testing,
introducing new features to customers
utilizing user feedback to give relevant input to our product team.
