What's the job about?

You'll play a key role in contributing to our monthly growth goals, with your focus being on growing our market in the UK. 

Your main KPI is scheduled demos with ICPs (Talent Team Leads, COO-s, HR managers, recruiters). 

  • You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities. 

  • You'll research, qualify and contact potential customers.

  • You'll be in charge of targeted searches and campaigns, qualifying and contacting our webinar leads, reaching out to lost deals and contacts, and brainstorming and executing new ideas to generate more leads.  

You'll work closely with the sales team. You'll report directly to Steve, our UK Sales Lead. He'll be your #1 supporter and a great partner to brainstorm ideas with for new approaches or processes. You'll be part of a sales team of 4, located in the UK and Estonia.

Would you be a good fit?

The ideal candidate will have previously worked as an agency recruiter or have experience selling ATS or CRM. Previous experience as an SDR, having worked in telesales or a call center is also a great qualifier.

We are looking for someone who is target and data driven, proactive, systematic, has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping recruiters.

✦ We expect you to be fluent in English.

We are looking for someone who is determined to help potential customers with solutions and sees them as real people with real problems we can solve, not just numbers.
